She was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church and a member of the Moose Lodge. Linda loved food and going out to eat, Chicago Cubs baseball, watching the races and spending time with her dogs. She also was known to run the Parks and Recreation slow pitch concessions stands for several years with her parents. On December 29, 2000, she was united in marriage to James “Jim” Borton. They celebrated 19 years together before his passing in 2020. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jim (Jody) Wiegand, Brad Wiegand and Kay Clark, all of Marshalltown; grandchildren: Nathan Clark, Kaci Wiegand, Keeley Clark and Shay Wiegand; three great-grandchildren: Remmington, Halen and Arlie and seven step-children. In eternal life, she is reunited with her beloved husband Jim, her parents and a brother in infancy.
