She received her education in the area of her birth. At the time of her passing, Linda worked at the Y in Marshalltown in custodial and janitorial services.           Linda loved her family above anything. She always referred to anyone as “Honey” or “Hun” and loved to simply have a good time – which might be assisted by an Old Mil beer or a Black Velvet and Coke (or Pepsi). She loved biscuits and gravy, and liver and onions- which only worked when her kids put a full bottle of ketchup on it. When the kids were young, they would load up in a banana yellow station wagon and head with a picnic to the Des Moines Airport to watch the planes take off and land. She loved her time with them.           Linda was blessed with three children –Danny (Megan) Post of Bentonville, Ark, Marion Warner of Springdale, Ark. And Tonya (Donald) Strachota of Eldora, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her siblings- George, Calvin, Larry, Rose, Diane and Jean and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.           In death, Linda rejoined her parents.
