Maria Del Rosario-Lopez, 75, of Tama, Iowa passed away at Unity Point Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Maria will be taken back home to Mexico for her burial. Maria Lopez was born on October 17, 1943, in Michuacan, Mexico; she was the daughter of Jesus Lopez and Guadalupe Martinez. On September 13, 1960 Maria was united in marriage to Benjamin Angel Arroyo. She has been a member of the Phoenix Light House Congregation. She loved to cook, bake for all her family and loved to spend time with them. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Bertha (Evaristo) Perez, Jaime (Carmen) Angel, Maria Magdalena (Alfredo) Garcia, Patricia (Jesus) Castellanos, Juan Carlos (Sandra) Angel, Adriana-Angel Lopez, and Maria Guadalupe (Ubaldo) De La Torre; and her grandchildren, Isaias, Elizabeth, Esmeralda, Lupita, Ubaldo Emanuel, Rosa Castellanos, Graciela, Estrella, Esperanza, Carmen, Aracely, Benjamin, Jaime, Alberto, Juan, Jose, Johnathon, Alfredo Jr. Elius, Scott, Zoe, Evaristo, Hortencia, and Moises many more; siblings, Jose Lopez (Esperanza) Martinez and Anita (Marselino) Lopez Martinez. In death Maria rejoins her parents, Jesus Lopez and Guadalupe Martinez, husband, Benjamin Angel Arroyo; sister, Carmen; and brothers, Raphael, Jesus and Juan.
