Henry Martyn Hall was born on March 19, 1934, in Bar Harbor, Maine; he was the son of Martyn Ludike and Elizabeth Drake-Dahlen. Martyn attended school in the area of his birth. On January 21, 1991, Martyn was united in marriage to Joyce West in Reno, Nevada. They have lived in Newton, Iowa for the last few years. He had owned an Insurance business for several years, worked 10 years as an Employment Councelor and increased business by 300%, Restaurant owner; cook and custodian at Lake Red Rock. Martyn had been an Elks Member for many years. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 25 years, Joyce, children, Lu Hall of Thailand, Wendy Green of Montana, Heather Hall-Scott of Idaho, Elizabeth Hall of Vermont, Glenn Hall and Joyces daughter, Christy (Richard) Coffelt of Rhoads, Iowa. 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren In death Martyn rejoins his parents and a daughter Debra.
