Michael Timothy Brown, 40, of Marshalltown, passed away July 17, 2011. Memorial visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Michael and his family. Michael Timothy Brown was born March 15, 1971 to Timothy Brown and Joyce (Howard) Goble in San Bernardino, California. Mikie was the location Manager of the Jiffy Lube of Marshalltown. Before moving to Marshalltown he resided in Kentucky where he was a construction and auto body worker. In February of 2006, he moved to Marshalltown and made his home until he passed away on July 17, 2011. He enjoyed Camping, fishing, and NASCAR. Most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends. Michael is survived by his fianc: Crystal Olson of Marshalltown; his children: Kevin Brown, Austin Brown, and Ethan Brown all of Inez, KY; his step-children: Sierra Olson, Savanah Slocum, and Scott Slocum all of Marshalltown; his brother: Eddie Goble of Inez, KY; his grandmother: Aileen Goble of Inez, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
