Michael Donovan 52, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Iowa City Veterans Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. The family will be having a private service. Michael Laine Donovan was born in Des Moines, Iowa; he was the son of Junior and Florence (Hansel) Donovan; he attended school in the area of his birth. Michael served his Country Honorably in the United States Marine Corp from 1978 to 1983. He had resided in the Marshalltown and Waterloo area working in the Meat Packing Industry. Left to cherish his memory are his children; Aaron Donovan, Ryan Donovan, Danielle Vargas, Brody Donovan, Chelsy Donovan andMelike Donovan, his siblings; Nancy Schatz of Hawaii, Mary Fordyce of Waterloo, Sue Ginther of Waterloo, Joyce Anderson of Brandon, Iowa and Carolyn Oster of Cedar Falls, Iowa.
