Nettie Eurom

Nettie Eurom , 92, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Garden View Nursing Home in Ofallon, Missouri. A visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, September 30 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown, Iowa. A private burial will be held at a later date. Nettie Pearl (DeBuhr) Eurom was born July 26, 1925 in rural Butler County, Iowa near New Hartford. She was one of four children born to John DeBuhr and Ethel Mae Luck. Nettie received her education from New Hartford schools and graduated in 1942. She was a member of Minerva Wesley Chapel. Nettie married Leonard Eurom on June 26, 1949. They lived all their married lives on their farm near Albion. They had two daughters, Teresa Mae and Sheryl Ann. She is survived by her daughters and their husbands: Teresa and Jim and Sheryl and Steve, three grandchildren: Jamie and her husband Jordan, Greg and his fianc Alayna, and Brad, and one great grandson: Maxwell. She is also survived by her sisters Eva and Dorothy and her brother Bud. Nettie is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
