Paige Leann Weitzell- Marrero, 45, of Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at the Mercy Hospice Home in Johnston, Iowa. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Marshalltown. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Paige and her family. Paige Leann Weitzell was born on August 16, 1968 to Walter Bub and Lois Gazaway Weitzell. She graduated from Palatine High School in Illinois in 1986. On May 23, 1998 Paige was united in marriage to Jose Marrero in Waukee. Paige had worked at American Family Insurance for over ten years. Paige liked to read and she loved her husband Jose and her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of fifteen years; Jose, daughter; Cassie Renee Reed, both parents; Walter and Lois and her brother; Rick (Sandy) Weitzell. Paige is preceded in death by her grandparents.
