Pamela Church

Pamela Ann (Moyer) Church, 77, of Marshalltown, died Friday, March 2nd, 2007 at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center. Memorial services and a celebration of her life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 9th, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. The Mitchell Family Funeral Home is caring for Pamela and her family. Ph. 844-1234. Born on April 1, 1929, in Marshalltown, she was the daughter of Gearld and Bernie (Rundlett) Moyer. She was educated in Marshalltown and graduated from the Marshalltown St. Marys High School. After graduation she had nurses training. In October 1949 she was married to Wayne Church in Marshalltown where they lived their entire lives. She was employed by St. Thomas Hospital in Marshalltown for many years. She later retired from MMSC. One of her favorite past times was feeding and watching the birds. Surviving are her brother, Joseph (Patty) Moyer of Florida, and her nieces and nephews. In death she has rejoined her parents, husband, Wayne, who passed away in 2006, and sister, Marilyn.
