Patricia Le Master

Patricia A. Le Master, 68, of Marshalltown, passed away peacefully at home Friday, November 12, 2021 under the care of Iowa River Hospice. Per the wishes of Patricia and her family, cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life for Patricia will take place on Thursday, November 18 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Patricia Ann Moody was born on February 6, 1953 in Marshalltown, the daughter of Francis and Bonnie (Prescott) Moody. She grew up in Marshalltown, attending Marshalltown High School. Patricia was blessed with four children from her union with Jim Roberts. Later she was united in marriage to James “Mad Dog” Le Master on January 1, 1982 in Marshalltown. Patricia was a dedicated wife and mother and found joy caring for those she loved. She also loved plants, collecting dolls and jewelry boxes, crocheting, coloring books and her beloved dog, Maggie Mae. Patricia is survived by her children: Shannon (Don) Morrison, Jimmy Roberts, Danny (Christine) Roberts and Nichol Roberts; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Gladys Charlton; half-siblings: Kevin Gross, Steve Moody and Mary Moody and many other friends and family. She is preceded in death by her husbands: Mad Dog Le Master and Jim Roberts; her parents: Francis and Dorothy Moody and Bonnie and Nathan Moody and two sisters: Marla McDonald and Linda Wallace.
