Patricia (Mrs.Mike) Miltenberger, 57, of Marshalltown, died early Friday morning, June 17, at the Iowa River Hospice House.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 25, at the 1st Baptist Church, 700 East Olive Street, Marshalltown, with Pastor Dick Sipe officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Elmwood Cemetery at LaMoille. Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 p.m. on Friday at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. For condolences, please visit www.mitchellfh.com. Ph. 641-844-1234.Born on April 13, 1954, in Albia, Iowa, she was the daughter of Clifford and Betty (Strunk) Caster. She was baptized at the Unionville Baptist Church. She graduated from the Moravia High School and later from Kirkwood College in Cedar Rapids in floral design.On September 27, 1975, she was united in marriage to Mike Miltenberger. They made their home in Marshalltown where she took an active role in the family business, Mikes Bikes and Fitness. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church (FBC) in Marshalltown, enjoyed quilting and sewing, participating in 4-H and the quilting club at FBC, FBC AWANA Program, and was a faithful participant in the Central Iowa Christian Home Educator Program.Left to cherish her memory are Mike, her loving husband of 35 years; her children: Todd (Andrea) Miltenberger of Fridley, MN, Bethany Youds of Ames, and Matthew Miltenberger of Marshalltown; her grandchildren: Ezekiel and Myriam; her mother Betty of Marion; sister Joni (Mark) Short of Cedar Rapids; mother-in-law Betty Miltenberger of Marshalltown; and brothers-in-law: Tim Miltenberger of Marshalltown, Dave Miltenberger of Ankeny, Mark Miltenberger of Marion, and Robert Miltenberger, Jr. of Ft. Worth, TX.She was preceded in death by her father, and father-in-law.
