Paul Dwight Butcher, age 78, of Marshalltown, Iowa passed on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Southridge Specialty Care.

Per Paul and his family’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no formal services have been scheduled at this time. Memorials may be directed to the family for a future designation. Paul is survived by his 2 children: Paulette (Phillip) Mann and Dwight Butcher, both of Marshalltown; his three grandchildren: Aisa Mann, Brandon Butcher, and Noah Johnson; and his great granddaughter Quinn; his two siblings: Robert Butcher of Oklahoma, and Barb Woodruff of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Ransford and Ida; his wife Norma; and his infant son Dana.
