The best ceiling guy ever, Phillip Ray Miller, passed away on August 16, 2025 at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown.
Phillip was born June 30, 1961. He goes to greet his father, Dick, mother, Marilyn, siblings, Susan Jacobs and Tommy Miller.
He leaves behind his siblings, Dixie Rodgers and Debbie Gavronsky.
