Rebecca Lynn Madison, 53, of State Center, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014, at home. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. In lieu of flowers; memorials may be directed in Beckys name to the Mitchell Family Funeral Home to go towards the cost of the services. Rebecca Lynn Abrahams was born on December 28, 1960 to Robert and Blanche Chase Abrahams. She graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1978. Becky was a retired hair dresser. Becky enjoyed going to the casino to play the slots, going to garage sales and thrift stores and she loved her english bulldog Fergie. Above all else; Becky enjoyed the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Left to cherish her memory is her children: Kevin(Nikki Gummert) Madison Jr of Marshalltown and Jacob Gorsuch of Marshalltown. Grandchildren: Shaston, Deagan and Brooklyn and also one on the way; Laiken. Siblings: Michael (Jodi) Abrahams of LeGrand, Danny Abrahams of Liscomb, Debbie Hodson of Austin, Minnesota, Robert (Kathi) Abrahams of Albion and Kerry Abrahams of Marshalltown. Step mother Gretchen DeVilder of Albion, step brothers; Greg (Karen) Spillman of Marshalltown, David (Donna) Spillman of Garwin and Steve Spillman of Marshalltown and her niece that was just like a sister to her; Chris (Greg Johnson) Abrahams of Marshalltown and many nieces and nephews. Becky is preceded in death by her father, grandparents and aunts and uncles.
