Richard Leroy Rich England, 58, of Wellsburg, died early Monday morning, June 13t, at the Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17,2011 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown, there will be no formal funeral. Phone 641-844-1234 Born on April 10, 1953, in Marshalltown, he was the fifth child born to Milo and Helen (Jansen) England. He graduated from theBaxter High Schools Class of 1972.On May 5, 2005, he was united in marriage to Christine Sharp. They made their home at Wellsburg. He was previously married to Polly Isenberger and Linda Hauber. Mr. England was employed for 30 years with UPS and received their safe driver award for each of those years. He was formerly with Stewart Lumber in Marshalltown. He will be fondly remembered for his love of family-especially the kids and grandkids- tractors and tractor pulls, fishing, hunting, ATVs, bow-hunting and loved the outdoors. He will be greatly missed by many.Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Christine, his children: Chanel Smith of Baxter, Rion England of Marshalltown, Lance England of Janesville, Iowa, Lee England of Prairie City, Iowa, step-children: Erica (Jon) Goodknight serving our country honorably in Afghanistan, Tara Hatch of Hiawatha, Jacob Hatch of Hiawatha and Shaina Jacobson of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren Eli Smith and Johnathan Lamb; his siblings; Sharon (Harvey) Varnum of Marshalltown, David (MaryAnn) England of Baxter, Dale (Kathy) England of Madison, SD, Robert (Diana) England of Marshalltown and Sandra Sam Jackson of Rhodes, uncles: Virgil Jansen of Omaha, NE. and Chuck (Doris) Jansen of State Center as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.In death, he rejoined his parents.
