Ronald “Ron” Camp passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Cremation rites have been accorded, and there are no services planned at this time. To leave a condolence, please visit www.mitchellfh.com or call 641-844-1234.   Ronald Wayne Camp was born on July 6, 1951, to Donald and Patricia (Hildebrand) Camp in Newton, Iowa. Ron graduated from high school in Tama, and he began a life of making many friends and staying in the area to keep in touch with the many people he loved. Ron was blessed with 15 years alongside the love of his life, Sandy Tharp. Together they enjoyed going to car shows, making memories with their friends, and sharing their love with their cats. Ron was a member of the Marshall County Izaak Walton league, where he met many colleagues and friends.   Those left to cherish Ron’s memory are his significant other, Sandy Tharp; his daughter Erika (Allan) Murphy; his step-children, Michael Cooper and Shannon Gear; his grandkids, Ben Mathews, Bryan (Sarah) Dale, and Cody Murphy; his siblings, Bonnie Seybold, Abe (Sharon) Camp, Dixie Hoagland, Melissa (Tim) Feight, and Becky (Jian) Zhu; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and dear friends.  Ron is reunited in death with his parents, Donald and Patricia.
