Rosemary Kelderman

Rosemary Kelderman, 73, of Marshalltown, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at Southridge Nursing and Rehab Center.Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2010, at Fellowship Baptist Church. She was the daughter of Dwight and Mildred (Arnold) Eash. She graduated from Albion High School in 1956. On July 7, 1979, Rosemary married Corwin Kelderman at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. The couple lived in the Albion and Marshalltown area. Rosemary was employed in the custodial department at the Iowa Veterans Home for 16 years. She then was employed at the Marshalltown hospital for 2 years and then at Marshalltown schools as a bus monitor, retiring in 2000. Rosemary was a member of cancer support group and Fellowship Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, caring for her hosta beds, collecting Isabel Bloom figures, and was an excellent pie maker, especially pecan and strawberry.She will be missed by her husband Corwin of Marshalltown; her two children Michael (Patty) Martin of Marshalltown and Susan (Dave) Bond of Marshalltown; her five grandchildren Dwight Martin, Lindsey Martin, Jeffery Hood, Amanda Hood, and Ryan Hood; her four great-grandsons and four great-granddaughters; her sister Charlotte Weitzell of Marshalltown; and her brother Richard (Teri) Eash of Urbana, Ohio.In death she rejoins her parents, her sister Jane Ewalt, and her grandson Scott Martin.
