Tanya Katheryn Netolicky, 39, of Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018. Funeral services for Tanya will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Mitchell Family Funeral Home with Pastor John Whitehead officiating. Public visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Mitchell Family Funeral Home where her family will be present to greet friends. Tanya Katheryn Simmons Netolicky our miracle baby was born on June 23, 1979 in Iowa City, IA weighing only 2 lbs 1 oz. She was raised in Tama, attended school in Tama and LeGrand.  She was united in marriage to Joseph Aneweer and DJ Cobb.  Both ending in divorce.  Her passions in life were her children and family.  She loved catching frogs with her boys when they were young and giving her daughter jewelry.  She made crafts with her children as well as her nieces and nephews.  She was very proud of her kid’s baseball, softball and biking abilities.  Her most recent proud moments were attending her oldest nephew’s graduation party and watching her oldest son receive his high school diploma. Every Xmas it was tradition for Tanya to make Almond bark pretzels with her kids, nieces and nephews.  She had fun spending time with her kids and also her nieces and nephews.  She enjoyed “pestering them”.  She collected lighthouses and precious moments.  She rarely missed an episode of Criminal Minds or NCIS.  She enjoyed bowling, knitting, visiting with friends and taking long walks. Left to cherish her memory are her three children: Taylor Aneweer, Dakota Cobb and Isabella Cobb; siblings: Terri Taylor, Shawn Netolicky, Kristopher (Stacy) Netolicky, Jessica Ricken and Corin Juehring; Parents: Deb (Joe Kinney) Netolicky and Jerry (Cindy) Netolicky; Grandparents: Charles and Clara Netolicky; Uncle: Bill Jaeger and two four legged furry companions: Momma and Sassy, as well as nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her birth father: Terry Simmons; Grandparents: Don and Katheryn Jaeger, Sue Mclane, Don Simmons and Ellen Clingerman.
