Terri Lynn Rash, 66, passed away early Wednesday morning, January 1, 2020, at Unity Point – Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA.   Cremation rites have been accorded and a Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2020, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to her family. Terri Lynn was born on August 22, 1953, in Cedar Falls, IA, to Rogers Aneweer and Karen Fulbright McCombs. She attended schools in Waterloo and Dysart, graduating from the Dysart-Geneseo High School in 1971. She received her licensed practical nurse certification from Hawkeye Technical School. Terri moved to Marshalltown in 1975 and she was employed as an LPN at the Iowa Veterans Home. In June, 1977 she was united in marriage to Thomas Rash and the couple later divorced. Terri enjoyed crafts, embroidery, painting, sewing and playing cards with her friends. She loved being a Girl Scout Leader for several years. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Tim (Sheryl Reynolds) Rash and Tammy (Scott) Losing; her siblings: Tom (Cindy) Aneweer, Dena (Ron) Milhous, Dan (Deb) Aneweer, Toni (Jesse) Motes, Roger Aneweer and Margi (Chris) Renihan; her grandchildren: Rylee Rash, Benjamin Losing and many others, including Jayden and Jordan. In eternal life, Terri is reunited with her step mother, Anna Mae Aneweer, her step father, Kenny McCombs and foster daughter, Lindsay Harrell.
