Thelma Marie Guckert, 92, formerly of rural Rhodes, Iowa and a resident of Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center, passed away, Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center in Marshalltown, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 7, 2013, at St Marys Catholic Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 6, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown, with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil. Memorials may be directed to the family.
