Victor A. "Mono" Delgadillo

Victor Delgadillo, 18, of Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 in Anaheim, California.

Services for Victor will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for later designation. Victor Antonio Delgadillo was born November 10, 2005 in Iowa City, Iowa to Luis Delgadillo-Santillan and Melissa Parra. Victor grew up in Marshalltown, Iowa, where he enjoyed scooter rides with his friends, working construction with his father and spending time with family. He attended Marshalltown High School and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish: St. Mary Catholic Church. Fitness was an important part of Victor’s life. He could be found working out at the gym several times a week and he also ran track and cross country. He was extremely disciplined in general and was a very hard worker who accomplished a lot. Additionally, he enjoyed traveling as often as he could and spending time outdoors. Victor also had a big heart and when he was at home, he loved relaxing and snuggling his dog Lola.

He is survived by his parents: Luis Delgadillo-Santillan and Melissa Parra; his siblings: Luis Delgadillo, Junior Delgadillo, Alexis Delgadillo and Enrique Gutierrez; his aunt Cristina Parra and cousins Yesenia Sandoval and Tony Harding of Marshalltown; and several aunts, uncles and cousins in the California area and Guadalajara, Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Angel Marie Delgadillo and his grandparents: Juan Antonio Parra, Juana Santillan and Victor Delgadillo.
