Virginia Sims, 90, of State Center, Iowa passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Cremation rites have been accorded and there are currently no services scheduled. Memorials may be directed to the family. Virginia is survived by her husband of 48 years, Joseph Sims. Children: Marie Elkin, Tony Flores, JoAnn Ulene and Peggy Stonewall. Grandchildren: Holly, Helen, Julie, Elizabeth, Marina, Trenton, Austin, Mitchell, Ethan, Luke and Wyatt and great grandchildren Tavin and Evanglene. Virginia is preceded in death by his parents Emanuel and Helen and a brother Sonny.
