William Bill Bailey, 81 of Marshalltown, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Graveside services will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
