William Luther

William J. Luther passed away on November 2nd, 2015, in Marshalltown, Iowa. Visitation will be held on November 6th, 2015, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home, in Marshalltown, at 11:00 am. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 pm. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date. Luther was born on March 19th, 1930, in Marshall County to Eugene and Rose (Kunkel) Luther. He was raised and educated in Marshalltown, graduating with the class of 1950. In July of 1994, William and Juanita Drake were united in marriage at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown. William was an employee of Lennox Industries for many years, until his retirement. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge. Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Juanita Luther, children; Karen Robinson, Kathy Luther, Kevin Luther, Tina Luther, Tim Luther, Larry Weaver, Larry DiPaolo and Damond Drake. In death, he rejoins his parents; Eugene and Rose Luther, children; Kenneth Luther, LeAnn Tompkins.
