William 'Bill' Tillman

Bill Tillman, 65, of Marshalltown, passed away peacefully at his home recently. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Riverside Cemetery with Pastor Terrance Cooley officiating. Born on November 25th, 1951, in Marshalltown, Bill was the son of Edna Mae Tillman. He graduated from the Marshalltown High School and was employed for many years at the Iowa Veterans Home. He enjoyed time spent with his family. Left to cherish his memory is his family- sister Carol Davis, nephews Willis and James Davis, niece Evelyn Davis, as well as Clarie Miller and her family. Bill and Clarie talked every day. He is also survived by his Aunt Gail Davis, the Bailey and Wilder families, and a host of other relatives and friends. In death, Bill rejoined his mom, grandparents Fred and Maryella Davis and uncle, Wallace Davis.
