Wojciech Dynia was born July 16th, 1936, in Poland. He came to the United States at a young age to make a better life for himself. He settled in Tama, Iowa, where he worked most of his life at the Tama beef packing plant, never missing a day’s work in over 25 years for which he was honored for. Known by his coworkers as Albert, he was one of the best knife sharpeners to have ever worked there. Wojciech enjoyed being outside walking or on his bike. He enjoyed listening to men’s Iowa basketball games and John Tesh on the radio, a good softshell taco from Marshalltown Taco John’s, and taking care of his outside cats ensuring they had plenty of food and treats. He accepted the Lord as his Savior and joined him in heaven on July 28th, 2021. Wojciech's obituary was written lovingly by his close friend.
